REFUND POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your online Whittalsbakeshop purchase.
We will always do our utmost to make sure your product is well packaged and arrives safe and in good condition at our doorstep.
- After your item is delivered, the courier is not permitted to accept goods for return.
- Please contact us if your purchase has arrived damaged or you are unhappy with any aspect of your order. We will conduct an investigation to determine where the problem arose and handle the refund/replacement accordingly.
- Do note that we will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint not raised within 24 hours of delivery by us or collection by you.
- We do not accept responsibility for the quality and freshness of opened products thus all queries or complaints must be sent within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
- All refunds will be given at the discretion of Whittalsbakeshop.
